摘要:“采购管理采购合同子模块的设计与开发”是专门针对企业采购合同管理而开发的管理系统。该软件包括商品采购合同、商品采购合同履约、商品采购合同查询、商品采购合同报表等多种实用的功能。本文首先对ERP 系统作了简单介绍,并指出了企业ERP的国内外发展概况,然后重点介绍了作为ERP 系统的一个子系统,采购合同管理子系统的工作流程,并做了详细的需求分析。之后用表示数据库概念模型的E/R 图和数据库的理论知识优化了的逻辑结构,紧接着的就是数据库设计和代码设计。本次设计采用Dreamweaver设计页面前台,采用SQL Server 2008实现后台数据库制作,以及采用Visual Studio 2008连接前台页面和后台数据库。整个子系统搭建了公司中采购部门和供应商的桥梁,所以主要侧重点是与采购申请部门的衔接和合同管理的功能细化。以合同管理的高效、准确为此子模块的设计目标。5165

ERP Management Software of Enterprise— Sub-module design and development of procurement management contracts
Abstract: Sub-module design and development of procurement management contracts developed specifically for the corporate procurement contract management. The software includes a variety of useful features for commodity procurement contracts, procurement of goods, performance of the contract, commodity procurement contracts query, and commodity procurement contracts and so on. This article first briefly introduce the ERP system, and pointed out the overview of ERP development at china and on abroad, and then focuses on the ERP system as a subsystem of the procurement contract management subsystem workflow and do a requirement analysis. After this, according to the database E / R diagram that represents a conceptual model and the theoretical knowledge of database, optimizing the logical structure. Finally, it is code. The design uses Dreamweaver to design front page, using SQL Server 2008 to achieve the production of back-end database, and the use of Visual Studio 2008 to connect the front page and the back-end database. Entire subsystem built the bridge between the purchasing department and suppliers, so the main focus is on the applying department and contract management functions. So the efficient and accurate is the most important goal of this design.
