本系统基于微软ASP.NET4.0框架,以Visual Studio 2010为主要开发平台,以SQL Server 2008 Express作为数据库解决方案,利用了当前最新的技术与工具。程序开发过程中,使用内置ASP.NET控件完成了大部分的功能,使用C#语言进行页面关联代码的编写,使用HTML编写前端页面文档,使用CSS定义页面的视觉样式

Title The Design and Implementation of An ASP.NET-Based Customer Relationship Management System
Abstract
This system assumes that itself used in smart phones manufacturing companies. Around the needs of the industry, it has designed and implemented functionalities that a customer relationship management system should have.
The system is based on the Microsoft ASP.NET4.0 framework with Visual Studio 2010 for the primary development platform, SQL Server 2008 Express as the database solution, using the latest technology and tools. The program development process used the built-in ASP.NET controls to complete most of the functionality, C # language for the page associated with the preparation of the code, HTML for front page document, and CSS for visual style design.
The features of this system are: 1) Basic information management. Including customer information management, product information management, and vendor information management. 2) Marketing and sales information management. Including the product price management, marketing strategy, management, contract management and contract details management. 3) customer service. Including return visit redords and maintenance records 4) Data analysis. The statistical analysis based on product sales and maintenance records.
