摘要:随着我国科学技术和社会的不断发展,人们对住宅的要求也越来越高。在老式的社区物业管理中还有很多依靠人力去完成,大到整个社区的水电收费,小到一个住户的基本信息都依靠人力去一一执行,这种管理方式大大地消耗人力资源,同时全靠人力也会很容易出现不可忽略的错误。为了适应社会形式发展的需求,本文的课题内容:社区物业管理系统应运而生。本系统与其他的物业管理系统相比,包含了其他系统低成本、信息化、系统化等优点外,还新增了用户间相互即使交流的功能,使得业主与业主、业主与物业管理之间的交流更及时,关系更为融洽。本系统利用计算机普及的优势,采用.NET技术作为开发手段,以C#为编程语言进行开发。28551 毕业论文关键词: 社区物业管理;C#.NET技术;信息化
