摘 要：目前时有医患关系紧张的案例出现，虽然本质问题可能是社会机制的问题，但是有效的医患关系管理的缺失也是不容忽视的。常见的就医场景经常是病人看完病后，等到下次就医之前，医生一般是很少关注关心病人的，医生也没有头绪和资料来辅助自己关注这些病人。在此需求下提出设计开发一个维护好医患关系管理系统的课题，辅助医生主动重点关注相关病人,帮助医生高效处理病人的状况和患者管理，提高医患关系的质量。系统采用ASP.Net编程语言开发，采用Access 2003数据库在Visual Studio 2010开发环境中实现。论文详细阐述了系统的设计与实现。56972

Abstract：At present the doctor-patient relationship nervous cases appear from time to time, while the nature of the problem may be the social mechanism, but lack of effective physician-patient relationship management cannot be ignored. Common medical scenario is the doctor generally pays little attention to patient care until the patient next therapy, and the doctor has no clue and information to assist their concerns in these patients. Under this proposed design and development of a maintenance issue needs a good doctor-patient relationship management systems help doctors take the initiative to focus on relevant patients to help doctors and patients manage efficient processing status of patients, improve the quality of the doctor-patient relationship. The system is developed using ASP.Net programming language, using the Access 2003 database implementation in Visual Studio 2010 development environment. The paper describes the system design and implementation in detail.

1 绪论

1.1 研究背景

医患关系作为一种特殊的社会人际关系，其表现形式及内涵必然随着社会环境的变化而不断发生着新的变化。改革开放以来，随着经济社会结构的转型，医疗市场的不断发育，人民生活质量和生活水平的不断提高，调整医患关系的法律法规不断出台，使得当前的医患关系呈现出许多新的特点，此外影响医患关系的因素呈现多元化的趋势[1,2,3]。现行医疗卫生体制、法律环境、医院管理、医务人员以及患者自身等，都对医患关系产生着重要的影响。特别是医患之间的信息不对称有扩大的趋势[3,4]，对医疗纠纷的发生、发展以及最后的结局产生着举足轻重的影响。
