摘要当今社会已经全面进入信息时代,随着高校数量的增多,在校生人数激增,导致日常教学的工作量日益增加。因此,对高校老师的教学水平和科学研究水平的要求变得越来越高。目前,传统高校教师年终教师审核的评估方式是采用教师直接填写年终教师审核表的纸质版和电子版,由学校人事部门和院系人事主任组织各教师进行年终考核。这种方式的坏处是浪费了大量的时间,人工填写容易出现错误,评判标准不一定符合公平公正的原则及人为主观因素大。这一来浪费了大量人力资源和财力,而且这样时效性和准确性也差。58551
