摘要随着制造业的不断发展,锻造行业的竞争愈加激烈,锻造企业面临着转变生产模式、提高锻件的加工质量及精度要求等发展问题。为了增强企业自身的竞争力,取得行业内长足的发展,以信息化来提升企业内部业务、生产管理的方式已经成为锻造企业解决时代发展问题的主要手段。车间作为位于管理基层的直接生产单元,是提高产品质量、保证生产周期的重要场所,车间管理系统也是企业信息化建设的重要环节。61541
本文以某锻造企业信息化建设为背景,结合锻造生产这一特殊行业的综合车间生产、管理现况,提出了综合车间管理系统的解决方案。系统采用浏览器/服务器模式(Browser/Server,简称B/S),以关系型数据库SQL Server 2005为后台服务器数据库,以Eclipse为前端开发工具进行系统的设计与开发。主要做了以下研究工作:
1、首先对综合车间的业务流程、管理特点进行研究分析。在分析综合车间管理现状的基础上,进行系统的需求分析和总体设计。
2、对综合车间管理系统的各个模块进行详细分析设计。
3、基于J2EE平台开发综合车间管理系统。

Title Design and Study on The Management System of Comprehensive Workshop for Forging Enterprise
Abstract With the continuous development of the manufacturing industry, the competition of forging industry has increased, and forging enterprises are faced so many development problems, such as the transformation of the production model, improving the processing quality of forgings and precision requirements. In order to enhance own competitiveness and achieve considerable development in the industry, using information technology to improve internal business and production management has become the primary means of solving development problems of the times for forging enterprises. As the direct management of local production units, the workshop is an important part to improve product quality, to guarantee the production cycle. So workshop management system is also an important part of the construction of enterprise information.
With the background of a forging enterprise information construction, Combined with specific industries of forging industry, such as the production of the comprehensive workshop, the current status of management, this paper proposed the solutions of comprehensive workshop management system. System uses Browser / server mode (Browser / Server, referred to as the B / S) ,with a relational database called SQL Server 2005 as the back-end server database, using Eclipse as front-end development tools for system design and development. Mainly done the following work:
Firstly, research and analysis on the business processes and management features of. Analysis and design the systematic needs, based on the analysis of the comprehensive workshop’s management situation.
Secondly, conduct a detailed analysis and design for the various modules of the comprehensive workshop management system.
Thirdly, develop the comprehensive workshop management system based on J2EE platform.
