摘要： 随着社会不断进步和发展，生活节奏不断加快，居民小区业主和物业之间的信息及时沟通交流日益重要。我们立足于物业管理的基础上，使得这个系统能在网站上运作。实现对客户、物业信息的管理，提供更加简单，方便的操作平台，而设计了小区物业内部管理平台。本系统采用JSP技术与SQL server 2000数据库等技术，设计和开发了这一小区物业内部管理系统，实现了对客户、物业信息的管理，提供更加简单方便的操作平台。该系统主要有物业信息管理、用户信息管理、公告栏信息管理、系统管理等后台模块，还具有浏览、信息查询、查看个人信息等前台模块。一方面，用户可以通过注册账号，进行报修、投诉、修改密码等操作。另一方面，管理员可以进行物业管理、报表统计、基本资料管理、数据添加、修改和删除。通过性能测试，该系统具有操作简单、灵活性好、运行稳定的特点。在实际应用当中，可以根据具体的需求情况，对本系统适当修改即可。62233

Residential property management system design

Abstract: With the continuous progress and development of society and the pace of life continues to accelerate, the timely communication of information between the owners and property owners is increasingly important. Based on the basis of property management, we make this system can be operated on the website. Realizes the management of the customer's and the property information, and provides more simple and convenient operation platform, so design the residential property management platform. Through comprehensive test, this system can be operated simply, flexibility and stably. In practical applications, according to the specific circumstances of system, this system can proper modified.
