摘要随着 GPS 观测技术的快速发展及其在测绘领域方面的广泛应用，GPS 控制 网的优化设计也得到了人们越来越多的关注。在布网方案和平差模型这两个方 面，GPS 控制网与经典控制网之间存在着很大的不同。本文对 GPS 控制网的设 计理论进行了简单分析，针对设计的一些具体要求，对 GPS 控制网优化设计的 原则、步骤及设计方法进行了详细的阐述，给出实际的设计方案，指出在实际操 作时，应结合实际情况合理的布设控制网，并同时考虑到可靠性、精度、效率、 成本等因素，寻求最佳方案。70816

Optimal Design of GPS Control Network

Abstract With the rapid development of GPS observation technology and its wide application in terms of mapping, optimization design of GPS control network has been more attention. The paper analyzes the design principle for GPS controlling network，has the detailed introduction for the principles，the steps and methods of the optimization design of GPS controlling network according to the factual requirement for the design of the controlling network，and points out the net-laying should be

reasonable by combining with factual situation and the reliability，the accuracy and the efficiency cost should be considered in the factual operation process，so as to find the best programme．
