摘要随着社会信息的快速发展，土地管理系统被更广泛的利用到生活、工作中，同时，土地管理系统也面临着前所未有的挑战。利用GIS技术建立良好的土地管理系统，有利于提高土地管理效率。基于MapX的土地管理系统能够实现空间数据和属性数据的有效管理。本文以马陵山镇土地管理系统的设计与开发为例，以组件式GIS技术为基础，使用MapInfo将地图分层，并以MapX、数据库和VB6.0为开发平台，实现了多种地图的操作功能以及查询、分析统计等功能。马陵山镇土地管理系统的初步实现，将有利于提高系统的交互性、可视化、信息化程度，用户能够方便的对土地进行管理。71140

Design and Development of MaLingShan Town land management System Based on the 

VB + MapX

Abstract With the rapid development of society information, the land management system was more widely used to live, work, at the same time, it is also faced with unprecedented challenges. Making a good use of GIS technology to establish the land management system, will improve land management efficiency.MapX based on the land management system can achieve effective management of spatial data and attribute data. This thesis taken MaLingShan town land management system design and development as an example, based on ComGIS technology, used MapInfo to make map some layers, and used MapX, database and VB6.0 as the development platform, to realize the operation of a variety of map Functions and enquiries, statistical analysis, and other functions. MaLingShan town land management system initially realized, will improve the degree of interactive, visualization, information of the system, users can use the management of the land facilitatly.
