摘要：本研究运用因子分析的方法，主要研究符合公司发展战略的技术转移项目的项目规模、设计文本、技术文本、技术难度、资金投入、科研人员之间的关系。本研究首次从技术转移项目选型与企业技术转移项目运用的角度，尝试探讨符合企业发展战略目标的技术转移项目选型因素。本研究对技术转移项目的相关因素进行了深入剖析，建立模型，运用数据分析软件SPSS，总结归纳各要素之间的相关性，找到最符合公司发展战略目标的技术项目。本研究意在揭示技术转移项目选型的关键因素，对我国企业增强自身科技力量、进而引导企业进行技术创新有积极的意义，为目前我国技术转移选型研究的空缺起到一定的弥补作用。72626

Research on the Selection of Technology Transfer Project Based on Data Analysis

Abstract: In this study, factor analysis is used to study the relationship between project size, design text, technical text, technical difficulty, capital investment and scientific research personnel in line with the company's development strategy。 For the first time, this paper tries to discuss the selection factors of technology transfer project which accord with the enterprise development strategy goal from the perspective of technology transfer project selection and enterprise technology transfer project。 In this study, the relevant factors of the technology transfer project are analyzed in depth, the model is established, and the data analysis software SPSS is used to summarize the correlation between the elements and find the technical project which is in line with the development strategy of the company。 This research is intended to reveal the key factors in the selection of technology transfer projects, which has positive significance for Chinese enterprises to strengthen their own scientific and technological strength and guide enterprises to carry out technological innovation, which will make up the role of vacancy in China's technology transfer selection。
