摘要房产中介机构在房地产业发展中发挥重要作用，为房地产流通和消费提供重要的平台。房产中介对房产信息登记、修改的要求性高，一个好的房产中介管理系统对机构的发展至关重要，实现对信息的规范化、自动化处理，不但可以提高工作效率，还可以节约成本。72939

本课题完成房屋中介管理系统的设计与实现，用软件工程的理论为基础开发本系统，实现了对房产信息和客户信息的管理，包括出租信息和出售信息。系统采用Visual Basic 作为编程语言，以Access作为数据库，主要有客户信息、房屋信息、交易信息等模块，系统操作简便，稳定性高，有助于用户对房产交易信息的管理。本文具体地介绍了系统开发的过程和应用技术，辅之以配图的方式进行了详细说明。

Design and Implementation of the Housing Agency Management System

Abstract Real estate intermediary organizations play an important role in the development of the real estate industry，Provided an important platform for real estate circulation and consumption。 Housing agency organizations show high requirements of  registering and modifying  real estate information。 In an organization, a good housing agency management system is quite important, dealing with information automatically and in regulation。  The system not only can improve the work efficiency, but also can save cost。 

This issue completed the house mediating system's design。 It is based on the theory of software project theory 。 The system realize the management of real estate information and customer information，include Rent information and sales information。 The system uses Visual Basic as the programming language, and use ACCESS as the database 。It mainly includes following modules: customer information、housing information、trade information etc。 The system has high stability and easily to operate, therefore it is good for users to manage information。 This dissertation introduce the process of system development and technology specifically。  Besides, it takes a detailed description In the form of pictures。
