摘要:在这个信息化时代，互联网技术的应用已渗入到生活的方方面面。近几年来，我国高校科研教学的投入不断加大，教学管理难度也随之不断的增大，对优秀教师的管理，评价，培养，也随之变得越来越棘手，因为管理人才力度的不足与管理方法落后，导致高校人才教师的流失相当严重。为此，本领域中的绝大多数人认为，我们应该加强并完善管理制度，要重点从绩效的这一方面，来评价高校教师。75001

国家对于高校科研与教学成果越来越重视，着力培养大批优秀人才。科研与教学能够促进人才的自我提升，是普通教师向优秀教师迈进的必要过程。但是，由于高校管理人员一般都有很多事务要处理，因此常常忽略对科学与教学工作的管理，这也导致了高校没有一个系统的对此的评价标准。并且高效教育资源与高校发展对资源的需求存在供大于求的突出矛盾，这让管理层不得不考虑制定一个完善的绩效考核标准。此次高效科研与教学管理信息系统的设计，有效减少了管理层的时间成本，有利于对高校科研与教学绩效考核的管理。

Design and application of performance management information system for scientific research and teaching in Universities

Abstract:In this information age, the application of Internet technology has penetrated into every aspect of life。 In recent years, the University's scientific research and teaching in China continue to increase investment, teaching management difficulty also will continue to increase, excellent teachers management, evaluation, training, has become more and more difficult, because of lack of talent management efforts and management methods behind, lead to the loss of teachers considerable talents in Colleges and universities。 Therefore, the vast majority of people in this field believe that we should strengthen and improve the management system, we should focus on the performance of this aspect to evaluate college teachers。

The state has paid more and more attention to the achievements of scientific research and teaching in Colleges and universities, and has made great efforts to train a large number of excellent talents。 Scientific research and teaching can promote the self-improvement of talents, and it is a necessary process for ordinary teachers to stride forward to excellent teachers。 However, as college administrators usually have many affairs to deal with, they often neglect the management of science and teaching, which leads to the absence of a systematic evaluation standard。 Moreover, there is a prominent contradiction between the efficient educational resources and the demand for resources for the development of universities, which makes management have to consider making a perfect standard of performance evaluation。 The design of efficient scientific research and teaching management information system effectively reduces the time cost of management and is conducive to the management of scientific research and teaching performance evaluation in universities。
