摘要: 随着近年来网络服务的兴起和企业自身的不断发展,企业对于员工工作能力评测的需求日益增加,评测的方式也不断的变化,从基本的绩效考评,再到员工参与各类证书的考试,无一不显示出企业对了解员工工作能力的真实水平,以及希望员工能获得更好的发展的意愿。本课题设计的基于Web的员工在线考评系统,正是基于当前企业的发展需求,促进员工的自身发展,而进行的一次探索。76123
本论文主要介绍了员工考评系统的设计与实现,包括系统分析、概要设计、详细设计,同时还阐述了系统的具体编码实现和对已完成的功能的调试。本系统设计为采用B/S模式进行开发,使用了当下流行的SSH(Spring + SpringMVC + Hibernate)作为服务器端框架,使用jQuery、Bootstrap、Ajax等工具进行前端开发,数据库选用MySQL,开发工具选择Eclipse。本系统设计包括面试答题、员工在线考试、知识分享、专题投票及个人云服务等功能。后台实现权限分配、题库管理、知识审核及试卷的自动批改等功能,从而极大的提高了出题和改卷的效率,节约不必要的成本支出。
