摘要: 网上挂号是以患者为中心开展医疗服务的重要改革。本文设计了一个医院专家预约系统，患者可以根据需要提前安排就医计划，从而减少候诊时间，大大缓解了挂号难的问题。对医院而言，有助于提高工作效率和管理水平，对于构建和谐医患关系起到了促进作用。本设计基于B/S模式，以Java为开发语言，使用SQL Server 2008数据库作为后台数据的存储。文中依次论述了系统的需求、设计、实现等方面的内容，并设计完成了注册、登录、科室选择、专家预约、留言及后台管理等功能。79949

Abstract: Online registration is an important reform of patient centered medical service。 In this paper, the design of the expert of a hospital appointment system, patients can according to need to arrange in advance to medical treatment plan, so as to reduce the waiting time, greatly easing the registered difficult problem。 For hospitals, it is helpful to improve the work efficiency and management level, and promote the construction of harmonious relationship between doctors and patients。 This design is based on the B/S model, using Java as the development language, using Server SQL 2008 database as the background data storage。 In this paper, the system needs, design, implementation and other aspects of the content, and design completed the registration, login, Department selection, appointment of experts, message and background management functions。

1。1 系统开发背景及现状

随着科技发展的日新月异，计算机在人们生活中扮演的角色愈发重要。近几年，计算机技术在现代管理中的应用，使计算机成为领导者和管理人员应用现代技术的重要工具[1]。如今，看病难、就诊难成为一个社会性的话题，医院常常人山人海，对于患者而言，医院现场挂号等待不仅仅是时间成本高的问题，更多的是一种心理和生理上的双重煎熬。
