摘 要: 基于健身房日常经营具有事务众多、监管情况复杂等特点,本文针对传统信息管理实时性差、效率低下等问题,设计了一种基于C#语言,配合数据库软件Microsoft SQL Server 2008设计开发了健身房管理系统(GMIS)。健身房管理系统(GMIS)功能模块包括会员信息管理模块、订阅信息管理模块,器材信息管理模块、教练信息管理模块、项目信息管理模块。会员信息管理模块主要包括会员的添加、删除、用户名与密码等信息的更改等功能;订阅信息管理模块主要实现了订阅的添加、状态变更、查询以及缴费处理、评价订阅等功能;器材信息管理模块包括器材的添加、删除、更改、查询、维护以及数据的批量导出等功能;教练信息管理模块实现了教练的个人照片上传、方便会员全面了解教练。本系统逻辑清晰,功能明确,可以对信息实施有效管理,提高了健身房事务处理效率,适用于小型健身房日常的高效科学管理。80110

Abstract:Based on the characteristics of having many affairs and complicated regulatory system that daily management of the gymnasium had, this article designed and developed a gym management information system called GIMS based on the C# language and Microsoft SQL Server 2008 as the database in line with many problems。 For instance, traditional information management can't achieve real-time information in time and is typical of inefficiency。 The gym management information system(GIMS) had many functional modules including the membership information management module, the subscription information management module, the equipment information management module, the coacher information management module and the project information management module。 The function of the membership information management module mainly included adding or deleting a member ,changing the username or keyword and so on; the subscription management module mainly realized the subscribing to increase, state change, query, the dispose of payment, evaluation and other functions; the equipment information management module can add, delete, change, inquire or maintain those equipment and export data in large quantities; the coacher information management module realized the function that can upload personal photos of trainers so as to afford members convenience to comprehend those coachers in the round。 This logical and functional system can make effective administration on information which improved the gym transaction department's work efficiency and was applicable to a sort of small gymnasium's daily management effectively and scientifically。
