摘要随着网络体系与计算机系统的迅速发展和不断完善，人们对于各类的应用的需求也在逐渐提高，单方向的没有选择权利的电视TV已经逐渐淡出人们的视线，人们那种更希望主动选择的、根据自己喜爱的观看视频的愿望被进一步释放；人们不但希望能够观赏他人所上传的视频，同时也会有自我提供内容分享的愿望，这样的愿望与需求也在不断被放大。视频管理与点播系统能够支持中小型规模的视频上传、管理以及点播的功能。这种能够实现自我管理与分享功能的应用正在逐渐成为社会的主流。随着人们当前对视频资源的需求也不断增多。而管理方式则各有不同。本文将会根据视频管理系统的特点和需求，设计一个基于WEB的视频管理与点播系统，它将基于标签管理用户上传的所有视频，自由度高，可靠性好。通信接口将会采用restful的设计思想，模块性好，兼容性高，可拓展性强。而前后分离的设计理念也将贯彻整个项目。基于Web的视频管理系统通过因特网，能够跨平台的，方便的满足人们对视频资源共享的要求，同时也为小型组织，学校，机关或者企业提供服务。82916

Abstract With the rapid development of the computer science system and the network system, the demand for all kinds of application from people has routinely impored。Singe direction boarding TV content without choice from customer has faded out from people;s view。The desire that people prefer to catch their favorite videos in an motivated choice has been enlarged further。 Peolple not only have the hope that enjoy the video others' upload but also want the upload the content by themselves。 Such demands went in widely。 The video manager system can support the video's upload, download of mangement in small and middle scale and such application with facility for self-management and share has been the dominating trend of the society。 As the demands for videos from people increased constantly, the method for management differed between each other。 The artical will design a video paly and management system based on WEB, while analysize the charactor and requires of video management。 The tag will play a main role in the management system, and service for managing the videos that customer uploads with large freedom up to different person。 The system's API between front end and back end will  take the advantage of the Restful style, make the system moduleful and expendable。 The separate of the front end and the back end will run throught the whole system。 The WEB based video management system can meet the needs of people for video share and catch, while in a good condition of Internet with feature of crose-platform。 It can also servie for various of groups, schools, enterprises of government institutions。
