摘要本文归纳总结了国内外关于网络社区的用户关系的研究现状，概括了社会网络分析方法和Gephi可视化的应用情况。在对2010~2016年“经管之家”中“学术与投稿”专栏下帖子的用户回复数据进行采集和处理的基础上，用Gephi将该用户关系网络进行可视化展示，并借助社会网络分析方法对该用户关系网络进行研究。通过对数据的选择与处理，将有代表性的用户数据进行个案分析并得出结论。最后得出该关系网络的特点：典型的问答类社区用户特征。根据得出的结论，提出问答类社区应促进用户不断提供知识贡献、促进以交流知识为主要目的的社区的发展的建议。82855

Title   Research on the construction and visualization of  the user relationship in the network community             

Abstract This paper summarizes the domestic and foreign research on the relationship between the users of the network community, and summarizes the methods of social network analysis and the application of Gephi visualization。 On the basis of collecting and processing the user response data of the post of "academic and contribution column in the " Home of management" between 2010 to 2016", Gephi will be used to visualize the user relationship network, and with the help of social network analysis method this paper will study the user relationship network。 Through the selection and processing of the data, the representative user data is analyzed and the conclusion is drawn。 At last, the characteristics of this relation network are obtained,that is typical user characteristics in question and answer type community。 Based on the conclusion, it is suggested that the question and answer type community should promote the contribution of the users’knowledge and promote the development of the community which is with the purpose of knowledge sharing。
