摘要滚珠丝杠能够在其工作过程中,将转轴的旋转角度变为工作滑块的直线位移 ,此机械特性使得其在工业数控机床、重型机械等领域占据着十分重要的地位,成为了机械传动中最为核心的给进部件。滚珠丝杠还能实现传动对象定位的功能,这使其在各种机械工程中获得了越来越广泛的应用。总而言之,滚珠丝杠已经成为了工业运动控制过程中不可或缺的核心部件。84217

Allen-Bradley Micro850 PLC拥有运动控制、插入式功能模块、内置Ethernet,以及高密度扩展I/O等优点,在本课题的丝杠滑台的操控中,将其作为控制系统的核心。

在有线控制基础上,本课题尝试组建WLAN无线网络,实现PLC与Android移动设备之间数据的无线传输,从而使系统监控不再仅仅局限于有线传输。无线控制思想的渗入使得控制系统的远程化、移动化充满无限的可能性。

本文进行的主要工作有:

(1)针对目前滚珠丝杠发展及无线传输技术现状展开了调查研究,并对目前主流无线传输技术进行简单的介绍;

(2)从任务需求出发,结合现有条件,选定基于AB Micro850 PLC的滚珠丝杠滑台控制系统的硬件型号;

(3)确定监控系统的预期功能,展示本系统运作方式及控制思想,并对硬件设备进行逐一分析以及对其在系统中实现的功能进行介绍;

(4)对本系统的无线控制功能进行分析及设计,以及Wi-Fi无线传输底层技术进行简要介绍,以完成可编程逻辑控制器与Android设备无线传输为目标,规范基于Modbus的报文传输格式。

Abstract Ball screw in NC machine tools as mechanism of transmission parts, has the characteristics of high efficiency, high accuracy, low friction, representative of the kinematic characteristics of ball screw feed mechanism of NC machine tool motion。 Because of ball screw drive and positioning to achieve on the same parts, and angular displacement of rotating can be transform ed into a linear displacement, so it is widely used: in aviation machinery, CNC machine tools, precision instruments and meters, and a variety of precision machinery and equipment, all in all, linear precision ball screws are one of the most critical components。

Allen-Bradley Micro850 PLC with motion control, plug-in module, built-in Ethernet, and high density expanded I/O the advantages of ball screw sliding table control in this subject, as the core control system。

Wired control based on this thesis tries to set up WLAN wireless network to achieve wireless transmission of data between the PLC and Android mobile devices, enabling system monitoring is no longer limited to cable transmission。 Wireless remote control into the control system, mobile full of endless possibilities。

The main work carried out in this paper are:

First, aimed at the development of ball screws and research launched the wireless transmission technology, and simple introduction to the current mainstream wireless transmission technology;

Second, from the task needs, combined with an existing condition, select AB Micro850 PLC-based control system for ball screw sliding hardware model;

Third, determ ine the intended function of monitoring systems, show how the operation of the system and control theory, and one by one the hardware device analysis functions that are implemented in the system, and introduced;

Fourth, wireless control functions of the system analysis and design, as well as Wi-Fi transmission describes the underlying technology to build Android devices and PLC data transfer requirements for the target,standardize Modbus-RTU send and receive data form at。
