摘要当前社会，互联网正飞速发展，这给我们的工作和生活带来了很大的便利，提高了我们的办事效率，也使得行业网络化成为提高行业内工作效率的关键。旧版的运管处系统，仅仅提供查询的功能，并不能管理各自的事务。为解决这个问题，客货运输管理系统( Manage System of  Passenger and Cargo Transportation，缩写 MSPCT)应运而生。84330

客货运输管理系统是目前运管处所用系统的改良版，它以My Eclipse为开发平台，Tomcat作为服务器运行系统，SQL Server2014 作为后台数据库对数据进行存储以及管理。运输管理处将车辆信息、业户信息等存储在数据库中，通过B/S（浏览器/服务器）模式将数据与前端的界面连接在一起，同时实现所需的功能，MSPCT的功能主要包括有以下的几点：管理用户信息 、管理车辆信息、管理违章信息，管理员能够在管理员界面输入车辆违章信息供用户查询，同时可以有条件地删除违章信息。

本篇论文运用了许多软件工程和软件质量书籍中的思想，从系统的可行性分析出发，结合了系统的总体设计，详细设计与实现以及测试分析等方面描述了系统的开发步骤。

Abstract In today’s society, the Internet develops rapidly, it not only brings our work and lives great convenience, improves the efficiency of our work, but also makes the industry network has become the key to improve the efficiency of the industry。 The old system only provides a query Function, and can not manage their own affairs。 For the sake of solving the problem, The Management System of Passenger and Cargo Transportation (MSPCT) comes into being。 

The Management System of Passenger and Cargo Transportation is the modified version of the current system, it take My Eclipse as the development platform, Tomcat as server operating system, SQL Server 2014 as the database to store and manage the data。 Transportation Management Division uses the database to store vehicle information, business information and others。 Through the B/S(browser/server) mode, the data and the front are connected together and achieves the required function。 Functions of MSPCT include the following: management of the users’ information, management of the vehicle information and management of the illegal information。 The manager can add the illegal information in the page for user to enquiry and the information can be deleted。

This article takes much wisdom from many books of software engineering and quality。 It starts from the system feasibility analysis, combines the total design , detailed design and realization and testing analysis of the system to describe the development process of the system。
