摘要本文介绍了减震器的定义和其在国内外现状,并对减震器的作用进行了细致的介绍,其作用是被用于汽车或摩托车等在不平路面上行走时产生振荡或受到路面压迫时对振荡的吸收抑制这一方面来产生效果的。当汽车或摩托车通过凹凸的路面时,其内部的吸震弹簧就可以吸收掉来自不平路面的振荡,但是,由于此时弹簧自身产生了往复运动,故行车的震荡还未有被完全吸收,此时,减震器开始产生效用。减震器的不良不仅仅会导致车辆的震荡,还会对震荡的能量存储不良,对弹簧产生阻力,从而导致事故的发生。减震器在摩托车的行动中扮演着一个非常重要的角色,它不仅影响着车辆的承载能力和平稳性,而且当人们行驶车辆时,也对人们的安全保险和舒适程度有着重大的影响。因此,为降低事故的发生以及提高乘客的舒适性能,必须对摩托车减震器进行检测。

减震器特性包括有示功特性、速度特性和温度特性在内,本次毕业设计中,主要是通过试验台,来对减震器的示功特性进行检测。减震器的示功特性是指减震器阻尼力和位移两者之间的关系,它表示了减震器活塞杆压缩以及复原时产生的阻尼力变化,当汽车在野外之类的崎岖道路上行驶时,减震器弹簧能够缓冲车辆所受震荡,而减震器阻尼之所以能够衰减振动,则在于其可以吸收能量,因而,它在减震器的震荡吸收中扮演了一个重要角色。因此,为了检验减震器的性能优劣,来判断减震器的合格性,可以绘制减震器中活塞杆中阻尼力与位移的关系曲线,并对曲线进行研究分析。

在本次设计中,为了实现减震器试验台对减震器的示功这一特性进行测试的功能,将会采用研华PCI-1711L板卡来采集数据,并通过C++ Builder 这一软件来绘制出阻尼力和位移的示功曲线,并通过编程来控制变频器,从而对电机进行调速。本次设计中,为了实现对减震器的示功特性曲线的绘制以及对软件界面的设计,将会对软件进行C++编程,从而将各种数据化为图形,并以之为判断,来判断减震器是否合格,并对测试结果进行存储,来为以后减震器的研发提供更好的条件。84503
