摘要在经济飞速发展下，当代的每个企业都把追求更高的经济利益当作最大的目的， 包装行业在这样的背景下，降低包装设备成本和包装材料是两个重要的途径。本设计 论文《全自动双位条烟叠层收缩膜包装机设计建模》采用新材料新形式的包装做了结 构设计及优化，实现生产过程全自动，旨在适应当前形势、降低产品成本、低碳环保、 提高企业的利润。

本论文根据 PE 热收缩膜的收缩特性将其应用于条烟叠层的包装，并且针对 PE 热收缩膜的特性设计封口切割机构和优化分析。本文研究设计一台全自动双位的热收 缩膜包装机，从入料到出料实现全自动，无需人力付出。整机效率高，配以可缓存的 输送带后，效率能达到 18000—22000 条/小时。设计垂直的封切机构避免封切口受力 不均匀而产生热收缩膜表面不美观的现象，采用较先进的热封冷切铜刀封切技术，封 口稳定，美观。84620

本文基于传统热收缩包装机的结构、工作原理参考，设计出适应于条烟膜包装机 机械结构。该结构包含以下四个部分：热收缩膜输送结构、烟盒输送及限位结构、膜 封切结构、机架结构。操作简单，可适应范围广，限位可调节适应不同尺寸物品的膜 包装。

In this paper, according to the shrinkage characteristics of PE thermal shrinkage  film, it is applied to the packaging of the stack, and the sealing and cutting mechanism and optimization analysis are designed for the characteristics of PE thermal shrinkage film。 In this paper, we study the design of a fully automatic double - position thermal shrinking film packaging machine, which can realize automatic and no need of manpower and resources。 The efficiency of the whole machine is high, and the efficiency can reach  18000

- 22000 / hour after the cache。 The vertical sealing mechanism is designed to avoid the phenomenon that the seal cutting force is not uniform and the thermal shrinkage film surface is not beautiful。

Based on the structure and working principle of the traditional heat shrink packaging machine, this paper designs the mechanical structure of the tobacco  packaging machine。 The structure contains the following four parts: heat shrinkable film delivery structure, cigarette conveying and limit structure, a film seal cutting structure and frame structure。 Easy to operate, can be adapted to a wide range, the limit can be adjusted to adapt to different sizes of items of film packaging。
