摘要随着现代工业的发展,包装机应用愈加广泛,产品包装自动化已是一种必然的趋势。开装箱机,作为包装机的一部分,在整个包装过程中起着至关重要的作用。我国 是烟草大国,对于香烟,条烟的包装需求也是越来越旺盛,要求也越来越高,双通道 条烟自动开装箱机研究设计在此背景下应运而生。 84557
本文主要通过分析条烟纸箱的外形尺寸,根据实际生产线的工作流程,包装工艺, 对现有传统开装箱机的优缺点分析,确定双通道开装箱机的工作原理,做好整体布局, 和结构选型,设计出开装箱机中最主要的开箱机构的结构和基本动作。开箱机构由推 拉机构,支撑机构,和吸盘机构组成。
本文在 solidworks 中完成对机构各零部件的三维设计,并完成了虚拟装配,同 时利用 solidworks motion 仿真模块,对开箱机构的动作进行了运动仿真。借助 solidworks simulation 功能对主要受力部件进行强度分析,对受力元件建立数学和 有限元模型,借助有限元分析,力和压强计算,求得元件在受力情况下的应力,应变 值和位移。这样不仅验证了设计的可行性,设计与装配的稳定性,而且还能具体了解 机构的受力变化,运动状态,在出现问题时可以及时做出调整优化,可以缩短开发周 期,降低设计成本,提高设计质量。

This paper mainly through the analysis of the shape and the size of the cigarette carton, according to the actual production line process, packaging process and the existing traditional open the advantages and disadvantages of packing machine analysis, determine the double channel open packing machine working principle, do a good job overall layout, type and structure, the design of open packing machine in the main box body structure and a basic action。The box mechanism comprises a push-pull mechanism, supporting mechanism, composition and suction mechanism。
This paper in the SolidWorks complete the 3D design of parts of the body, and complete the virtual assembly, at the same time, the use of SolidWorks motion simulation module, action of unpacking mechanism of motion simulation。Strength analysis of the main mechanical components with the aid of SolidWorks Simulation function,On the mechanical components of the mathematical and finite element model, with the aid of finite element analysis, force and pressure calculation, to obtain the stress of the element in the case of stress, strain and displacement。This not only verifies the feasibility of the design, design and assembly stability,but also the specific understanding of the mechanism of the changes in the state of motion, in the presence of problems can be made in time to adjust and optimize。It can shorten thedevelopment cycle, reduce design costs and improve design quality。
