摘要本毕业设计为洛阳市建安公司中央空调系统设计,现为之设计一套合理的中央空调系统,为该楼办公人员提供舒适的工作环境。本建筑为一座六层高的办公楼，第一层高4。2米，第二至六层层高3。6米，总建筑高度约为22。2米，总建筑面积为3274。85m²，空调面积约3000㎡，本设计为使用空调夏季供冷、冬季供暖，空调系统为风机盘管加新风系统模式。84888

设计过程为：计算出整个建筑物的需要的冷负荷；选定中央空调的型式以及确定办公楼的设计方案；设计风系统以及它的水力计算；选定并设计好室内的送风方式与气流组织形式；水系统的设计、布置与水力计算； 设计风管系统与水管系统保温层等；合理选型风机盘管、新风机组等空气末端处理设备和各种机房辅助设备及；合理的布置好吊顶内风管与水管的走向。

Abstract This design is the central air conditioning system design of the jian’an company in Luoyang City,Provide a comfortable working environment for the building office personnel。。This building is a six storey office building, the first layer is 4。2 meters tall, the second to sixth layers of 3。6 meters high, with a total construction height is about 22。2 m, with a total construction area of 3274。85 m squared, air conditioning area of about 3000,This design for the use of air conditioning cooling in summer, winter heating, air conditioning system for fan coil plus fresh air system mode。Fresh air is by fresh air fan coil pipe into mixed with return air, and then into the room。 Fresh air units installed in each layer of fresh air the room, placed two fresh air units on each floor to take the floor all the fresh air of air conditioning room。 The air conditioning system occupy less floor area, each terminal devices have independent switches and able to adjust and control the temperature of the room, and will not infect each other between each room。
