该系统主要由测量系统和数据显示系统组成,测量系统主要包括传感器测量部分、专用仪器测量和闪点、燃点测量装置几部分。传感器包括温度、粘度、密度传感器,用于测量燃油的温度、粘度、密度的大小。专用仪器包括导热系数测量仪和比热容测量仪,用来测量燃油的导热系数和比热容。闪点、燃点测量装置用于测量燃油闪点和燃点,最后测量数据经信号转换装置处理后传输到计算机软件界面显示。该系统特点有布局简单合理、所占空间小、结构连接紧凑、可实现对多个物性参数同时测量的功能等。
根据本系统所要测量的燃油物性参数要求,分别进行了试验台设计和测量仪器的选型。试验台硬件主要包括密度传感器、温度传感器、粘度传感器、导热系数测量仪比、比热容测量仪、闪点,燃点测量装置、传感器信号转换器以及计算机等。软件部分主要功能是显示试验台测量所得的数据,最终实试验台测量的结果在计算机软件界面上实时显示。
