摘要在如今快速发展的时代里,对于增强国家实力,制造业一直扮演着重要角色,而 组合机床又是其中的佼佼者。组合机床具有加工效率高,产品加工质量高,自动化强 度高,适应性强的特点。而本论文就是设计一台专门用来粗镗气缸孔的组合机床。本 论文的设计内容主要包含两个方面:总体设计和镗削头设计。对于总体设计,主要包 括机床配置型式的确定,选择合适的滑台类型,绘制出正确的“三图一卡”等;另一 方面,设计专用镗削头时,要设计出合适的主轴箱,包括动力的计算,传动系统的设 计,选择合适的齿轮后确定其位置。最后,将正确的镗削头装配图绘制出来。在本设 计中,动力部分采用电动机,提高了加工效率。另外,本设计在工人操作方面也更加 简单,使工人工作时的安全系数大大增加。85072

Abstract In today's era of rapid development,to strengthen the national power, manufacturing has been plays an important role。The modular machine tool is the most famous of these。Combination machine tools is characterized by a high machining efficiency, product processing and high quality, high intensity of automation, the characteristics of strong adaptability。And this paper is to design a dedicated to the rough boring cylinder hole
modular machine tool。In this paper the design content mainly includes two aspects:the overall design and boring head design。For overall design, including the determination of machine tool configuration type slide type choice, three figure drawing a card, etc。;Boring head design, mainly include the design of the spindle box, including the calculation of power, the design of the drive system, shaft and gear position, etc。Some boring head assembly drawing and part drawing。In this design, the power part adopts motor to improve the machining efficiency。 In addition, this design of the workers in the operation is also more simple, so that workers work safety factor greatly increased。
