摘要气缸盖作为船用柴油机动力系统的核心组成部件,其性能的好坏直接影响到整 机的动力性、操控性、安全可靠性及燃油经济性,其质量也反映了整机的质量。而 一台性能优良的柴油机,除了需要零部件设计加工合格外,更大的是受制于其装配 过程。其产品的质量很大程度上也是装配质量的反映,目前在柴油机上所出现的故 障多,可靠性差等问题,多是与其装配线及装配工艺性有关。因此针对柴油机气缸 盖的装配问题,提出了对其关键部件自动装配机的设计与开发,从而提高整机装配 质量和效率,降低生产运营成本。83327
在整个装配工序中,本文详细介绍了喷油器与高压油接管的安装及气缸盖螺柱 的安装这两道工序装配机的设计、开发等工作。主要包括:①对气缸盖的装配工艺 进行分析及改进。②对喷油器及高压油接管在安装过程中的油孔定位问题进行了全 面的分析,并设计了定位工装板来对其进行准确、方便的定位装配。③在考虑了螺 柱装配过程中的效率等问题后,设计了定位模板,采用定力矩电动扳手进行一次性 拧紧安装。④在整个过程中充分考虑了柔性化设计,以扩大其适用范围,满足不同 产品的生产需要。⑤通过人机协作来使装配过程中的资源配置更加合理,从而提高 设备的利用率及生产效益。
本课题在进行调研、查阅各种资料后,考虑了各种可行的方案,进行设计、比 较,确定最合适的设计方案。使其不仅在柔性、精度、效率及生产质量满足要求, 同时在成本的控制上也得到了良好的体现。并且在整个自动装配机的设计、改进、 优化过程中,不断的将现有的装配方法同国内外的最新装配技术相结合,了解装配 技术的发展趋势和方向,切实考虑企业的实际生产情况,从而设计出满足市场需求 和现代化的自动装配机。

Abstract As the core components of the Marine diesel engine’s dynamic system, it makes a direct impact on the machine's power, handling, safety, reliability, and fuel economy, its quality also reflects the quality of the machine。 An excellent diesel engine demands not only parts of qualified design and processing, the assembly process also make a big difference。 Quality of the products, to a certain extent, is also largely reflect of the assembly quality, the current fault in the diesel engine that appears more and poor reliability, mostly involved in assembly line and assembly process。 Thus in order to settle the problems facing in the assembly of Cylinder head, the key components automated assembly machine design are putting forward to improve the overall assembly quality and efficiency, reduce operating costs of production。
During the whole assembly process, the paper describes two automatic assembly machines’ design and development work in detail, including the assemble of fuel injector
to high pressure pipe and the rocker arm bracket stud, fuel injector studs’ assembly。 Main contain: ①the analysis and improve of the cylinder head assembly processes。 ②make a comprehensive analysis to the injector and high pressure oil to the positioning hole
during the assembly, and design a positioning tooling plate to be accurate and convenient positioning assembly。 ③ After considering the stud assembly process efficiency problem, a positioning template, using fixed-torque electric wrench to tighten a one-time installation。 ④During the whole assembly process, we make a fully consider the design flexibility to expand its scope to meet the production needs of different products。 ⑤through the man- machine collaboration to make resource allocation more reasonable in the assembly process, thereby improving the utilization and production efficiency equipment。
