摘要随着时代的发展和科技的进步,包装机械在流通领域中正发挥着越来越大的作用。目前,企业里电感包装许多步骤是完全通过人力来完成的,这样不仅造成了生产率的低下,人员的劳动强度大而且工作效率低。包装料带在完成电感包装之后还需要用卷轮盘卷取规定的颗数来完成包装,现阶段这个步骤都是由人工来完成的,需要经过比对料的数量在规定位置切断,然后封上规定长度的胶带,最后封装。这种方式已经不能满足现代生产的需要。83328

本文运用先进的自动化设计思想,进行自动分卷机结构设计,实现电感料带的自动化卷料包装,生产率高,加工质量好。在了解公司的生产流程后,查阅有关包装机设计的大量资料,对每个所需替换的步骤了解清楚之后,利用Solidworks软件进行设备的定位、裁切、更换卷轮等机构进行结构设计,包括与前段包装机的连接问题,料带定位问题,然后进行了各个气缸马达的选型,危险螺栓强度校核,并利用运动仿真平台进行料带自动分卷机结构优化,最后制定了的机器动作控制流程,编制了简单的PLC程序。

本文设计的自动化设备实现了电感包装的自动化,提高生产效率和质量,减轻了工人劳动强度。

Abstract With the development of the times and the progress of science and technology, packaging machinery in the field of circulation is playing an increasingly large role。 At present, many of the steps in the Inductance packaging are complete by humanwhich not only causes the low productivity, but also the labor intensity is big and the work efficiency is low。 Packaging material belt after the completion of the inductance packaging also need winding disk volume specified the teeth number of packaging, at this stage of the steps are to be completed by the artificial, after cutting feed ratio of the number in the specified position, and sealed the prescribed length of tape。 Finally, packaging needs。 This way has been unable to meet the needs of modern production。

Using advanced automation design, automatic coiling machine structure design, realization of automation with the inductance material roll packing, high productivity and processing quality。 In the understanding of the company's production process, access to a large amount of information related to packaging machine design, clear understanding of steps for each needed replacement, using SolidWorks software equipment positioning, cutting, replacement reel institutions such as structure design, including front packing machine and connection problem, with a positioning problem, and then proceed to the selection of each cylinder motor, dangerous strength check of bolt, and the motion simulation platform was with automatic coiling machine structure optimization, finally made the machine movement control process, a simple PLC program is compiled。

The automation equipment designed in this paper can realize the automation of inductance packaging, improve the production efficiency and quality, and reduce the labor intensity ofworkers。
