摘要在现有的许多中小型纺织企业中,由于受到研发力量、 生产能力和生产规模的限制,导致企业所采用的纺织品的质量和纺织机械的科技含量不高,这也很大程度地影响了纺织的质量。尽管国内已经拥有了大量的自动验布机,但是还没有获得广泛应用,大部分的企业还在采用目测的方式。86278
所以为了解决这种问题,本课题根据市场上的一些厂家的自动验布机,并且结合国内外验布机的发展现状和趋势,对自动验布机的机械系统进行研究和设计,为实现机器视觉功能、减少人力投入和提高验布效率作出努力。
本文主要从自动验布机的机械系统着手,在了解自动验布机的功能和结构上,对自动验布机的具体结构进行设计和校核。本文首先介绍了自动验布机与普通人工验布机的结构上和功能上的区别,接着对整个验布机的架构进行讨论,再针对具体的结构设计进行合理的设计校核,主要包含验布台、卷布辊和放布辊等结构的设计。在确定尺寸基础上用SolidWorks软件进行机械系统的具体零件的三维建模,然后进行装配体的组装,接着进行干涉检查,对有问题的进行检查和重新设计。
