摘要随着船舶向着大型化、高速化、人性化方向发展,其振动和噪声的控制也越来越受到人们的重视。船舶在运行过程中受到主机、螺旋桨等传来的激励,会产生不同程度的振动,当外界激励与系统固有频率相同时,船舶会发生共振。振动不仅降低乘客乘坐的舒适性,并且会对船员的工作效率和身心健康产生影响。此外,舰船上的高应力区在振动强烈时容易出现裂缝甚至疲劳破坏,这对船体结构的可靠性和安全性造成极大的危害。87034
本课题的主要内容是设计出满足要求的主机支撑基座以及轴系支撑基座。首先是初步设计出符合要求的基座结构,然后通过有限元分析软件ANAYS对其进行静力学、模态以及谐响应分析,接着以江苏科技大学新校区实验室实体基座为对象,参考分析结果,对模型进行优化,使之满足使用要求。
本文设计了一种主机支撑基座和一种轴系支撑基座,设计准则是江苏科技大学新校区《船舶轮机动力综合机舱实验室建设方案》。其中主机支撑基座采用了三种不同的板厚,分别为16mm、20mm和24mm,轴系支撑基座板厚为16mm,根据性能分析,16mm板厚的主机支撑基座和16mm板厚轴系支撑基座性能良好,能够明显降低主机以及轴系传递到船体的振动,不仅提高了轴系的安全系数和工作寿命,而且降低了机舱的噪声以改善机舱的工作环境。

Abstract Along with the lager scale,the high speed and the humanization of the ship development, the vibration and noise control is also more and more receiving people's attention。Ships in the operation of the process by the host, propeller and other transmitted excitation, will produce different levels of vibration。When the external excitation and the natural frequency of the system is the same, the ship will resonate。Vibration not only decrease the passenger ride comfort, but also the crew of the work efficiency and the physical and mental health。 he high stress zone on the ship is prone to crack and even fatigue damage when the vibration is strong,it caused great harm to the reliability and safety of the ship structure。。
The main content of this paper designed a kind of host support base and shaft support base which met the requirements。The first thing was the design of the support base which met the requirement, and then operated the statics, modal and harmonic response analysis through the finite element analysis software named ANAYS。 Then consulted the solid base in Jiangsu University of science and technology new campus laboratory and referenced analysis results。Finally,optimized the model and made the satisfactory support base。
This paper designed a kind of host support base and a kind of shaft support base, the design criterion was Jiangsu University of science and technology new campus < marine power integrated machinery laboratory construction projects>。 The host support base adopted three plates with different thick, respectively was 16mm, 20mm and 24mm, shaft system support base plate thickness was 16mm, according to performance analysis, plate of 16mm thick host support base and 16mm plate thick shaft support base performed well,and they could obviously reduce the vibration to hull which was transmitted by the host and the shaft system, which not only improved the the safety factor and the working life of the shaft, but also improved the working environment in cabin。
