摘要 随着城市汽车保有量的不断增加,停车难问题己经成为大中型城市的一个普遍现象。机械式立体车库可充分利用土地资源,发挥空间优势,最大限度地停放车辆,成为解决城市静态交通问题的重要途径。本文在对国内外车库现状及发展趋势做了充分调研的基础上,选择三层优尔位式车库结构为研究模型。文中介绍了车库的主体结构和特点,根据车库的功能和控制要求,采用S7-200组成了立体车库的控制系统,进行了电气设备的选型、电原理图及控制程序的设计。采用MT6104人机界面,设计了立体车库系统的人机交互操作界面,画面简洁友好。调试结果表明,系统运行稳定、可靠,操作便捷,性价比较高,满足了立体车库的使用要求。21665 毕业论文关键词:立体车库,PLC,人机界面
A Design of PLC Controlled Vertical Car Parking System
Abstract:As the quantity of urban automobile has increased continuously in nowadays, the hard-to-Park Problem has become a common phenomenon. Mechanical vertical garage can use land resource sufficiently and bring space advantage into play, and maximize the number of parking cars. It has become an important way of solving city’s static traffic problem. This paper studies, based upon investigation of current trend of both domestic and international car parking system, a selected six slots-three layer garage as a model. It describes the main structure and feature of the garage and its function and requirement, a control system for the vertical garage is designed by using S7-200. A user friendly HMI is also designed by using MT6104 HMI system. The simulation result shows that the system designed is of success in terms of reliability, simply and stable operation, has a high cost effectiveness and meets the requirements of a vertical garage application.
