摘要本次毕业设计的课题是车载外能源机枪的总体方案设计。车载外能源机枪即使用外能源驱动自动机工作的车载机枪武器,主要装备在装甲车、坦克等载具上,主要杀伤目标为人员和轻装甲目标。本次总体方案的确定以外能源驱动为基础,遵循可行、可靠的原则,选择了以电机带动活塞连杆机构以带动自动机往复运动的自动方式;为解决闭锁时间问题选择了改进过的闭锁片偏转式闭锁机构;供输弹机构采用弹链供弹、双程进弹机构;退壳机构使用挤压式退壳机构;发射机构为电开关;击发机构为击锤平移式;膛口装置为优尔孔制退器。本次设计从搜集整理资料、构思方案到画出具体结构图总共历时近半年的时间,完成了对总体方案的设计和枪管、闭锁机构、供弹机构、击发机构、退壳机构、膛口制退器、机匣、瞄准具等重要部分的设计,完成了尺寸计算和强度校核。并使用Solidworks和AutoCAD两款软件进行整枪的模型设计,对总体结构布局和各个重要零件均绘制了三文图和二文图。21678
