摘要:本文主要对铰链板成型送料系统进行设计。内容涵盖了放料架、矫直装置设计、控制装置、导料装置以及送料装置的设计。其中放料架主要用于卷料,设计内容为主轴及梯形螺杆机构的理论分析计算及结构设计;矫直装置主要包含了电动机的选择、减速装置选型以及矫直辊的参数确定、理论计算;控制装置关注于矫直装置送料允许的最大量及最小量;导料装置需保证输送的带料不会下滑以及保证一定的矫直量,因此采用辊式导料装置,并对辊进行夹紧力等力学分析;而对于气动送料装置的设计方面,分析了其工作原理并且对于其压紧气缸的咬合力、送料速度进行计算。经过多次反复的计算,该设计可以满足任务书要求。22734 毕业论文关键词: 铰链板;级进模自动送料系统;气动送料
Feeding System of Hinge Plate F orming
Abstract: This passage is focus on automatic feeding system of hinge plate forming. Design and calculate of the rack of roll material, the straightener, the guide and the feeding device are included in this essay. The rack of roll material, design content is included theoretical analysis and structure design of spindle and trapezoidal bolt; Straightening device mainly includes the calculation of motor, reducer’s selection and determination of parameters of straightening roll theory; Control device is focus on the maximum and minimum feeding length of straightening device; Guide device is to ensure that material feeding will not slide and to guarantee a certain amount of straightening. So choose the roll guide device, and analysis the clamping force of the roller; For the design of the pneumatic feeding device, including analysis of its operating principle, engage force of the pressing cylinder and feeding speed. After calculated, the feeding system is suitable for feeding system of hinge plate.
