摘要:超导线材涂层涂覆流延机作为一种可以保障线材的超导涂层涂覆均匀程度和产品质量的自动化设备,在生产加工中起到重要作用。因此,设计高精度、高准确性的恒张力系统尤为关键,本文通过对磁滞离合器这一主要张力控制元件的特点和原理的分析,阐述了一种实现张力控制的方法。在反馈系统中,采用激光位置传感器、光电编码器进行实时的带卷直径测量和步进电机的转速测量。通过张力产生原因的分析,对放卷部的电机在加减速的过程中动态转矩的数学模型分析,以达到对收放卷张力控制的设计目的。并为超导线材涂层涂覆流延机建立三文模型和仿真。22873 毕业论文关键词:张力控制;磁滞离合器;超导线材

Abstract:The film casting machine for superconducting wire coating, as a kind of automation equipment that can provide superconducting wire a uniformity degree coating and provide products higher qualities, play a crucial role in the production and processing. In this article, the feature and structure of the hysteresis clutch are explained. With using of this clutch, a method of tension control system would be designed. In the feed back system, with laser position sensor, and photoelectric encoders, the real-time coil diameter and the speed of stepper motor can be measured. Through the analysis of reasons causing tension and mathematical model of motor dynamic torque, the aim of constant tension control would be achieve, and its 3d model are built as well.
