摘 要生产车间设计是工厂改造工程中的首步工作。其设计成功与否对整个工程而言起着关键作用。钢铁市场竞争日益激烈的情况下,对于企业的内在要求越来越高。企业产品不仅要品种多、质量好,而且必须严格控制制造成本。这就要求在初步设计过程中要体现出系统思想,不仅注重技术的先进,而且要注重制造产品所消耗的成本费用。钢铁企业产品质量、水平主要取决于其工艺制造过程,因而,工艺过程的制定是生产车间设计中占有非常重要的地位[1]。23494
本论文以弹簧钢60Si2CrVA钢种Ф16mm为代表,首先概述了棒材的发展概况和市场需求,建厂的必要性和可能性,然后选择典型产品的产品大纲的制定、轧机的选择、孔型系统的选择及典型产品的孔型设计、力能参数的计算及校核、辅助设备的选取、车间布置等。
对设计方案进行技术经济分析,是设计中的另一不可或缺的工作。本文最后对设计方案进行了简要的技术经济分析,依据理论与数据对方案做出相关评价。 毕业论文关键词: 车间设计;孔型设计;棒材
Abstract
As an important part of establishing or reconstruction of a manufacturing enterprise, the workshop design is the key technology to the success of the whole project. Nowadays, the iron and steel enterprises are stepping into a market environment which is both flourishing and full of competition. So only with a high quality of the product cannot bring to the success of the enterprise. In the market environment price plays a more and more important part. Cost control is important. So the systematic thought has been adopted in the process of the rolling procedure design.
In this paper with the diameter of 16mm spring steel 60Si2CrVA steel as representative. Then the design is set out in certain procedures, mainly including the making of product outline, choosing mills, choosing pass system, designing of pass in typical products force and energy parameters calculating and checking, auxiliary equipment, choosing workshop arrangement.
The techno-economy analysis is an important phase in the project of reconstruction design of engineering. In the last part of this paper, the techno-economy analysis and evaluation of this project are presented according to correlated theory and calculated data.
