摘 要 目前,随着化纤工业不断发展,液压纤维打包自动化设备的应用大大地改善了工作条件,使工人远离繁重的工作环境。相对的减少了工人劳作强度,降低了生产成本,进而降低了生产失误率,提高了生产效率。
论文以液压纤维打包机为研究对象,根据企业的实际需求,对液压纤维打包机存在的问题进行重点改造,实现打包机的高可靠性和运转高效率,保证纤维在生产线上的正常流动。通过对纤维生产过程、打包机的结构进行文献调查,提出了优化打包机回转装置的方案,改进设计了打包机回转装置、整体框架、纤维箱。改进后的打包机相比传统打包机有显著提升,通过减少链节距,增加传递精度,通过加强部分传递零件的刚度,使打包机的可靠性增加。打包效率显著提高,适应市场需求。95139
