摘要从散货船的发展历程上来看,散货船最初是典型的单壳散货船,后来经过几百 年历史的变迁,如今变成了双壳散货船。航运业的快速发展是由于全球经济的快速 增长,经济增加在一定程度上,也导致了散货船的需求增加,随之带来的影响便是 船体结构的不断的更新、优化和改善。由于各种各样的隐藏问题和不安全的问题, 导致了单壳散货船淡出历史的舞台,这也造成双壳船型的散货船被广大船东所喜爱。 同时,市场更希望散货船是具有可以将散货、杂货,集装箱汇集到一体的功能,而 不是单一的使用用途的散货船。95156
本文采用了《钢质海船与入级建造规范》(2006),设计了 5000 吨海上单舷侧散货船的船体结构设计。对 5000 吨海上单侧散装货船的船体构件进行了计算,并绘 制了船体结构的典型剖面图等。同时,介绍了船舶设计规范的整个过程,通过对船 舶结构特点的分析,最后提高了结构的可靠性,并说明了这类工程的合理性。

Abstract The bulk carrier has gone through the development of a typical single-hull bulk carrier to the current stage of a double-hulled bulk carrier。The rapid growth of the global economy led to the rapid development of shipping industry, the demand of bulk carriers are increased, the hull structure are also constantly updated, to optimize and improve。The typical bulk carrier is the result of a variety of hidden problems and unsafe problems in the form of a single shell, which makes the appearance of the double-shell lingery-shaped bulk carrier being loved by the shipowners。At the same time, the owner's demand for bulk carrier is no longer just can load a single bulk, but can carry bulk, general cargo, container to a body multi-purpose bulk carrier。
In this paper, the design of ship hull structure of 5000 tons of offshore single-sided bulk ships is designed by means of the construction standard of steel sea ships and classification (2006)。The paper discusses the structural form of the hull and the form of the hull structure of multi-purpose bulk freighter。The construction of the hull component of the 5000 tons of offshore single-sided bulk cargo ship is prepared, and the typical section drawing of the cargo hold, engine room and bow section of the hull structure is drawn, and the basic structure diagram is shown。At the same time, this paper also introduces the whole process of ship design specification, through analyzing the characteristics of the ship structure, finally can improve the reliability and stability of structure, and explain the rationality of this kind of project。
