摘要:为了提高我国硬质合金圆锯片的生产效率和锯片品质,解决硬质合金圆锯片长期依靠外国进口的现状。本课题通过研制开发一套钎焊硬质合金刀头的全自动焊接系统。从而提高硬质合金圆锯片锯片生产效率和加工精度。该系统主要涉及了高频感应钎焊技术,机械自动化技术,PLC控制技术等方面,本文主要通过以下几个方面进行论述。
1.分析国内外硬质合金圆锯片锯片生产过程的发展与现状;介绍了高频感应钎焊技术的发展以及高频感应钎焊技术在硬质合金圆锯片生产中的应用。
2.分析锯片刀头全自动焊接系统组成并设计其机械传动结构;通过分析锯片刀头焊接系统的每个装置的运动顺序,构建出全自动焊接系统的整体的运作机理;从而提出锯片刀头全自动焊接系统的方案设计。
3.根据硬质合金圆锯片全自动焊接系统运作机理,利用PLC控制器对系统进行运动控制,进行PLC控制系统设计包括硬件设计及软件编程。

Abstract:In order to improve the quality and production efficiency of China's carbide saw blade as well as to solve the long-term dependence on foreign imports of carbide saw blade. The paper is to do the research on creating a new automatic welding equipment brazed carbide cutter head and Saw blade matrix. Thereby improving efficiency and processing accuracy on the manufacturing of carbide saw blade. The system involves the aspect of high frequency induction brazing techniques, mechanical automation technology, PLC control technology,the thesis is discussed primarily in the following aspects
1. The development and status of the saw blade industry of domestic and foreign carbide saws are briefly introduced. The development of high frequency induction brazing technology and its application in the production process of carbide saw blades are introduced.
2. The automatic welding system of saw blade head is analyzed and its mechanical transmission structure is designed. By analyzing the movement sequence of each device in the saw blade head welding system, the overall operation mechanism of the automatic welding system is constructed. Thus the design of automatic welding system for saw blade head is put forward.
3. According to the operation mechanism of the automatic welding system of carbide circular saw blade. The motion control of the system is carried out by using PLC controller, including hardware design and software programming.
