摘要:本文以笔记本电池盖的注塑成型为研究对象,对笔记本电池盖塑件的注塑模具设计与制造技术两部分进行了较为系统的研究。由于该塑件产品为外壳,因此对于产品的质量、尺寸精度和生产效率等要求极为严格。本文首先对笔记本电池盖这一塑料制品进行了详细的分析,其中包括塑件的结构分析、选择成型材料的分析、材料的注塑工艺性分析等。其次确定了合适的注塑工艺参数,选取型号为HTF86X的塑料注射机,并对注射机的各个参数进行校核,具体有最大注射量、锁模力、开模行程和安装尺寸。然后进行了注塑模具设计部分,其中包括成型零部件的结构设计、主流道、分流道、浇口和冷料穴等浇注系统的设计、冷却系统设计、脱模推出机构设计、排气系统的设计、侧向抽芯机构设计、合模导向机构设计和标准模架的选用等。最后制定了部分模具零件的制造工艺和模具的装配。

Abstract:In this paper, the injection molding of laptop battery cover as the object of study, the notebook battery plastic parts of the injection mold design and manufacturing technology in two parts of a more systematic study. As the plastic parts for the shell, so the product quality, dimensional accuracy and production efficiency requirements are extremely strict. This article first on the laptop battery cover this plastic products for a detailed analysis, including the structural analysis of plastic parts, select the molding material analysis, material injection molding process analysis. Second, determine the appropriate injection molding process parameters, select the model for the HTF86X plastic injection machine, and the injection machine to check the various parameters, specifically the maximum injection volume, clamping force, mold opening and installation dimensions. And then the design part of the injection mold, including the structural design of the molded parts, the design of the gating system such as the main channel, the persion channel, the gate and the cold material, the design of the cooling system, the design of the stripping mechanism, the design of the exhaust system , Lateral core pulling mechanism design, mold-oriented mechanism design and the selection of standard mold base. Finally, part of the mold parts of the manufacturing process and mold assembly.
