摘要:空气螺旋桨作为直升机、螺旋桨飞机、气垫船的动力装置,具有极其重要的意义,推力预估作为空气螺旋桨最为基本的研究内容,是螺旋桨设计和检测的必要内容。

作为背景和前提,本文对国内外诸多研究现状和研究理论进行了简要的阐述。并根据工程实际情况建立合理的常规气动力模型,在给定螺旋桨几何与结构参数的情况下,分别采用动量理论和叶素理论对空气螺旋桨进行理论推力计算,并且两者相互验证结果是否合理。考虑入流模型,运用均匀入流迭代方程和线性入流公式确定将盘上各位置的入流;在动量理论中需将螺旋桨模拟为无限桨叶的桨盘,运用动量定理计算出入空气动量的改变量得出其推力;叶素理论中则要确定桨叶的翼型及其各项参数,在对单片桨叶加以分析后,得出整个螺旋桨的推力。在对理论进行整合后,利用MATLAB软件编写相关理论运算程序对两个理论预估的推力进行计算,并且在不同工况下验证模型的合理性,进行相关的参数影响分析。结果表明推力预估理论及程序是合理可行的,螺旋桨叶片安装角度,螺旋桨前部速度,叶片尺寸和形状以及螺旋桨叶片的数量等参数对螺旋桨推力有较大的影响。关键字:气动力模型;推力;动量理论;叶素理论;参数分析

Abstract:As a power plant air propeller helicopter, propeller aircraft,  hovercraft, is extremely important, as the air propeller thrust prediction of basic research is the necessary content of propeller design and testing.

As a background and prerequisite, this paper makes a brief exposition of many research presentations and research theories at home and abroad. And according to the actual situation of the project to establish a reasonable conventional aerodynamic model. Under the given geometrical and structural parameters of the propeller, the theoretical thrust calculation of the air propeller is carried out by using the momentum theory and the leaf element theory respectively, and the results of the mutual verification are reasonable. Consider the inflow model, the use of uniform inflow Iterative equation and linear inflow formula to determine the location of the disk into the flow. The propeller is used as the paddle of the infinite blade in the momentum theory, and the change of the air momentum is calculated by the Bernoulli equation and the propeller theory is used to determine the airfoil of the blade and its parameters. In the analysis of the monolithic blade, the thrust of the propeller is obtained. After the theory is integrated, the theoretical calculation program written by MATLAB software is used to calculate the thrust of the two theoretical estimates, and the rationality of the model is verified under different working conditions, and the relevant parameter influence analysis is carried  out.  The  results  show  that  the  propulsion  prediction  theory    and procedure are reasonable and feasible. The propeller blade  angle, the propeller front speed, the blade size and shape, and the number of propeller blades have a great influence on the propeller thrust.
