摘要:钻杆类零件主要应用在石油钻井中,钻杆的拆卸及安装在钻杆使用中是必不可少的。钻杆之间通过螺纹连接和密封,在石油的开采过程中,钻杆可多次循环使用。钻杆的拆卸与连接需要用到专门的工具,此工具要满足钻杆拆卸与安装过程中的大扭矩,高效率的要求。故调节这些工具的转矩大小,是设计此类工具必不可少的。41847

钻杆拧帽机就是针对钻杆拆卸与安装方便快捷,而设计的一套专用工具。钻杆拧帽机要具备以下功能:

1. 方便钻杆的拆卸与安装,易于操作,动作灵活;

2. 能够提供足够扭矩和一定的定心精度;

3. 能够满足不同规格钻杆的要求。

钻杆拧帽机夹紧机构是钻杆拧帽机重要组成部分。钻杆拧帽机夹紧机构由两套装置组成,即静夹紧机构和动夹紧机构。动夹紧机构固定在基座上,是相对机架静止不动的。动夹紧机构是固定在滑块上的,在工作时能相对导轨移动,以满足不同钻杆的需求。

钻杆拧帽机夹紧装置用六个液压缸夹紧,其中三个可实现定心夹紧,另外三个并联运行。夹紧装置夹紧力很大,同时不允许将钻杆夹变形,夹紧块设计需研究

Abstract: Rod-type parts are mainly used in oil drilling, the drill pipe in the drill pipe removal and installation use is essential. Between the drill pipe and seal by screwing in oil mining process, the drill pipe can be reused many times. Removing connecting rod of the need to use a special tool, to meet the rod removal and installation of high torque, high efficiency requirements. 1. The drill pipe to facilitate removal and installation, easy operation and flexible movement;

2. capable of providing sufficient torque and a certain degree of centering accuracy;

3. The drill pipe of different specifications to meet the requirements.

Drill twist drill rod cap machine clamping mechanism is an important component of screwing cap machine. Drill pipe twist cap machine clamping mechanism consists of two devices, namely, static and dynamic clamping mechanism clamping mechanism. Movable clamping mechanism fixed to the base, are stationary relative to the housing. Movable clamping means is fixed on the slider, and can move relative to the guide rail at work, to meet the different needs of the drill pipe.

Drill pipe twist cap machine clamping device with six clamping cylinder, three-centering clamping can be achieved, three additional parallel operation. Clamping means clamping force is large, while not allowing the drill pipe clamp deformation, clamping block design to be studied.
