摘要本文研究的夹紧轮毂是一种应用于农业机械中紧凑型离合器的重要零件,随着国家农业生产机械化水平的提升及农村农业生产基础设施政策的实施,我国的农业机械产业得到快速的发展。离合器是现代化农业机械中必不可少的部件,被广泛应用于各类农业机械中,如甘草收割机,打包机,混合投料机,撒播机等。当机械启动运转或发生过载时,离合器将会对机器起到保护作用,防止机器损坏。81982
紧凑型自动离合器更是凭借其体积小,结构紧凑,应用范围广,使用方便,维修成本低等优势被大量使用于农用机械中。而夹紧轮毂这一零件的制造质量将直接影响离合器甚至整个机械使用时的可靠性与安全性。因此,设计一套完整的工艺方案,包括铸造,机加工,热处理等各个工艺,就显得无比重要。
在设计精密铸造工艺方案的同时,将通过软件进行模流分析,以验证铸造工艺的可行性,提前发现潜在的铸造缺陷。在设计机加工工艺时,将针对关键工艺设计一套专用工装夹具。在首批零件加工完成后,将根据三维扫描色谱分析的结果对零件进行尺寸偏差分析。最后,将在首批零件中抽取一定数量的样品进行产品关键特性稳定性数理分析,并结合相关质量管理工具对产品进行质量管理,以提高工艺稳定性。

Abstract The clamp hub is an important part of a type of compact clutch that is used in agricultural machinery。 With the country to enhance the level of agricultural mechanization and accelerate the implementation of the policy of rural infrastructure, China's agricultural machinery industry has been significantly developed。Clutch is essential to modern agricultural machinery parts,it is widely used in various types of agricultural machinery, such as licorice root harvester, balers, mixed feeding machine, sowing machine。 When the machine starts running or when the overload occurs, the clutch will play a protective role to prevent the machine from being damaged。
Compact automatic clutch with its small size, compact structure, a wide range of applications, easy to use, low maintenance cost advantages are widely used in agricultural machinery。The manufacturing quality of the parts of the clamping wheel hub will directly affect the reliability and safety of clutch and even the whole machine。Therefore, the design of a complete set of process, including casting, machining, heat treatment and other processes, it is very important。
At the same time, when designing precision casting process, mold flow analysis will be carried out by the software, in order to verify the feasibility of the casting process, in advance to find the potential casting defects。 During the design of machining process, a set of special fixture will be designed for the key process。 Once after the first batch of parts are completed, the deviation analysis will be carried on based on the results of three-dimensional scanning chromatography analysis。Finally, a number of samples will be picked out to complete mathematical analysis of the stability of key characteristics, combined with the relevant quality management tools for product quality management, in order to improve the stability of the process。
