Design of Heat Treatment Plant with the Annual GCr15 Miniature Bearings Production of 1,000,000 KG
Abstract: Heat treatment is an important foundation for mechanical industrial technology, as is usually shaft, bearings, gears, mechanical linkage, and other important parts and molds were required to take the heat treatment. Heat Treatment for giving full play to the performance potential of metallic materials, the intrinsic quality of their products, material savings, and reduce power consumption, extend product life, and improving economic efficiency are of great significance. Is the so-called "Perfect tools are necessary for perfect jobs", then a well-designed heat treatment plant is essential to parts and molds when taking heat treatment. Currently, the world has produced more than 50,000 kinds of bearings, size up more than 150,000 kinds. Miniature bearings are wildly used in aerospace, machinery and other fields. The author goes to field and observes the manufacturing flow of the miniature bearings, understanding the operation of the heat treatment production line of miniature bearings. On the basis, this article draws up the heat treatment process of the miniature bearing parts, equipment selection, the number of the workers and shifts, and finally works out the floor plan of the miniature bearings heat treatment plant.

1 绪论
1.1 引言
金属热处理是利用固态金属相变规律,采用加热、保温、冷却的方法,改善并控制金属所需组织与性能(物理、化学及力学性能等)的技术。热处理对于充分发挥金属材料的性能潜力,提高产品的内在质量,节约材料,减少能耗,延长产品的使用寿命,提高经济效益都具有十分重要的意义。
目前我国在热处理的基础理论研究和某些热处理新工艺、新技术研究方面,与工业发达国家的差距不大,但在热处理生产工艺水平和热处理设备方面却存在着一定的差距,还没有完全扭转热处理生产工艺和热处理设备落后、工件氧化脱碳严重、产品质量差、能耗大、成本高的局面。为促进我国热处理技术的发展,我们应全面了解热处理技术的现状和水平,掌握其发展趋势,大力发展先进的热处理新技术、新工艺、新材料、新设备,用高新技术改造传统的热处理技术,实现“优质、高效、节能、降耗、无污染、低成本、专业化生产”,力争赶上工业发达国家水平。
