摘要《啤酒生产厂分拣机器人机械结构设计及自动控制》是我的本次毕业设计的题目,PLC对机械手的控制部分是本次设计的最重要的部分。在论文当中,我会着重说明PLC的选择以及程序的编写过程。46027
我按照实际的设计顺序来编写论文的,所以最先开始论证方案的可行性。通过这次设计可以了解到,对于社会生产行业中的发展状况,PLC展现出其必不可少的重要性,这使得我们认识到,这是未来生产的需要以及发展方向,我们要跟上时代的步伐,也提醒我们要活到老学到老;然后就是基于PLC控制系统的论证设计,着重说明本论文中设计方案与设计思路,可以了解到PLC在产生中的应用;最后是机械手的硬件与软件设计,在本章可以了解生产中是如何运转的以及是如何操作的。其中我们也可了解到机械手的运动过程,了解其工作原理和步骤。再通过实际运转与理论知识相结合。主要元件的选择与及参数计算,主要讲述元器件是如何选择的。本设计遵循着从实际出发的原则,着重介绍了基于PLC的基础应用,以及如何操作以实现在生产中的应用。本次设计会有详细的说明,而且附有大量的图片,这能够让读者认识到跟PLC相关的产品,也能够学习到PLC的相关知识。 毕业论文关键词:机械手,PLC,机械控制
