摘 要  外舾装,也称甲板舾装,是指除机舱区域和住舱区域以外所有区域的舾装工作。作业包括舵设备、锚设备、系泊设备、起货设备、通道设备、关闭设备、救生设备、消防杂件、自然通风部件,以及各种管路等的安装,而本文主要针对甲板舾装其中的锚设备和系泊设备进行设计计算。在文章中将介绍锚泊与系泊设备设计的相关基础理论,对其进行一定的了解,文中会阐述 20 万吨级散货船包括主尺度的船型信息,解决如何计算舾装数、锚泊与系泊设备如何选取以及如何对实际选用设备的相关数据进行设计论证等问题,并简要论述该船锚泊与系泊设备的布置,通过 cad 画出总布置图等,提前在图面上考虑并解决问题,以供实际造船时工人安装设备的参照。  58719

Abstract  Outfitting, also known as deck outfitting, refers to outfitting work of all areas except for the engine room area and the accommodation area. Assignments include rudder equipment, anchor equipment, mooring  equipment,  cargo gear, passage equipment, shutdown equipment, life-saving appliance, miscellaneous pieces of fire protection, natural ventilation components, as well as a variety of pipe installation. And the paper is aimed at the design and calculation of anchor and mooring equipment in the deck outfitting. In the paper, the introduction of basic theories about the design of anchoring and mooring equipment will make us have a certain understanding of it. And the paper will expound the ship information of a 200,000-ton bulk carrier which includes main dimensions,  then figures out the selection of equipment number and anchor and mooring equipment and how to design to demonstrate the relevant data of  the actual selection of equipment, etc. And the paper will briefly discusses the arrangement of anchoring and mooring equipment in the ship through CAD drawing general layout to solve the problem in advance, in order to offer a reference to actual shipbuilding workers when they install equipment.
