摘 要 船体结构长期处于严重的腐蚀环境中,难以避免的会存在腐蚀损伤。船体外部由于受到强烈的日光、盐雾、海水、海洋生物等因素的影响,经常产生剧烈的电化学腐蚀。由于所载货物、压载海水和油剂等影响,船体内部的腐蚀危险性也很大。船舶和海洋结构物在长期服役后,因腐蚀作用直接影响了结构的稳定性,使得船舶的安全性能降低。因十分严重的腐蚀损伤而造成的沉船事故不计其数,由此引发的海洋环境污染、航道阻塞等问题也不容小觑。 在对船舶与海洋结构物进行风险评估的过程中,腐蚀损伤对结构强度的影响是一个必须考虑的因素。这不仅对提高船舶经济性和安全性有重要的应用价值,还对指导船舶设计和工程制造有着重要的现实意义。含腐蚀的工程结构的剩余极限强度需要系统的研究讨论。 含腐蚀损伤加筋板的极限强度分析,通过对具有点腐蚀损伤加筋板的极限强度试验研究,分析点腐蚀对结构极限强度的影响,正确评估含点腐蚀加筋板结构的极限强度。该文研究对象为船体内部所载货物、压载海水和油剂等对加筋板腐蚀作用而产生的点状腐蚀坑,采用非线性有限元法,基于 Ansys 有限元软件,系统分析点腐蚀坑位置、直径、数目和深度分别对加筋板极限强度的影响。 58919 毕业论文关键词:极限强度;腐蚀位置;腐蚀密度;腐蚀径深;点腐蚀损伤
Abstract Hull structure in severely corrosive environment for too long, it is difficult to avoid corrosion damage. Hull outside due to the strong sunlight, salt spray, the impact of factors such as sea water, marine life, often produces intense electro-chemical corrosion. Due to the cargo, ballast water and oil and other factors, is also a great risk of corrosion inside the hull. After long service in ships and ocean structures, erosion directly affects the stability of the structure, make shipping less security. Due to serious corrosion damage caused countless shipwrecks, which caused pollution of the marine environment, waterways congestion problems should not be underestimated. In the risk assessment of ship and offshore structures in the process of corrosion damage on structure strength is a factor that must be considered. Not only the improving economy and security have important applications, and to guide the ship design and engineering is of great significance. Residual ultimate strength of corroded structures require to study and discuss systematically. Ultimate strength analysis of stiffened plate with corrosion damage, through the experimental study on ultimate strength of stiffened plates of corrosion damage and analysis of effect of pitting corrosion on ultimate strength, and properly assess corrosion ultimate strength of stiffened plates. This paper studied the cargo carried inside the hull, ballast water and oil on the corrosive effect of stiffened plates caused by pitting corrosion pits, using nonlinear finite element method based on Ansys finite element analysis software, systems analysis revealed that corrosion pit location, size, number and depth effect on ultimate strength of stiffened plates respectively.
