摘要微动腐蚀是在具有腐蚀性的液体(如海水、酸雨、腐蚀性气氛等)中发生 的微动的现象。微动就是发生在两个互相存在接触的表面之间存在着的极小振动 的相对运动,微动不仅会致使两个接触表面间的摩擦磨损,并且会加快裂纹的发 生和扩大,而且在腐蚀性的环境中发生的微动无疑更加剧了两个接触表面的损 伤,最终是的构件受到严重的损害,影响日常的工作。现在社会,随着化学工业 的发展,微动腐蚀造成的损害越来越严重。所以,深入去进行微动腐蚀的研究是 具有非常巨大的必要性的,对于微动腐蚀方面的研究对于预防以及减轻化学工业 中的微动腐蚀所造成的损伤具有非常重要的意义,所以微动腐蚀这个科目在工程 上的前景是非常具有发展空间的。70348

本文概述了微动腐蚀的研究的概念以及现有的研究状况,并在现有的基础 上设计一套新型微动腐蚀试验机的载样系统以及温控系统,并对其中的涉及到的 部分元器件进行选型工作,其中载样系统用以提升微动腐蚀试验时夹具的快捷及 方便性,而温控系统则用来保证试验时液体温度可控性,以降低试验时得出的数 据结果误差。

Design of a New fretting corrosion testing machine temperature control  and sample loading system Abstract

Fretting corrosion in a corrosive liquid (such as water, acid rain, corrosive atmosphere, etc.) fretting phenomenon in. Fretting is what has happened in the presence of two contact with each other there is a relative movement between the surface of the tiny vibrations, fretting wear will not only cause friction between  the two contact surfaces, and will accelerate the occurrence and expansion of cracks and corrosion fretting sexual environment undoubtedly exacerbated the damage the two contact surfaces, is the final member has been seriously damaged, affecting the daily work. Now society, with the development of chemical industry, fretting corrosion caused more serious damage. Therefore, to carry out in-depth study of fretting corrosion is a huge necessity for the study of fretting corrosion respect for Injury Prevention and mitigation in the chemical industry fretting corrosion caused by a very important sense, so fretting corrosion on this subject in the foreground is very project development space.

This article provides an overview of fretting corrosion research concepts and existing research situation, and on the basis of the existing design of a micro sample loading system and temperature control system corrosion testing machine, and  some of these components were selected type of work, which contains the sample system for lifting when fretting corrosion test fixture quick and easy, while the temperature control system is used to ensure that the test liquid temperature controlled, so as to reduce data errors during the test results obtained.
