摘要在生产制造中,机械或零部件都需要合理的磨合规范。所以,本次试验为了实现一定工况下的磨合质量要求,对磨试验零件磨合过程变化规律进行探索和研究

    本文以M-2000A型多功能摩擦磨损试验机进行试验,按照本次试验的要求,在实验室条件下进行,对磨合试验进行规划安排,对试验过程中摩擦系数、表面形貌及润滑油液分析等数据进行采集,以试件的负载、转速、磨合时间为基础,选用先进的油液分析技术、表面分析技术相结合的方法,对本次试验结果进行分析。通过对试件磨合阶段磨合润滑油样的信息收集,对试件磨合润滑油样进行光谱分析、铁谱分析。结合铁谱、红外扫描的特征图像信息,对提出的磨合规范分析并评判,建立特定工况下的磨合质量评价体系,综合分析试件磨合质量、磨损对该工况下磨合的影响,完善磨合规范评价体系。76882

试件磨损表面是用来分析磨合过程中直接的判断试件磨合好坏的依据,但是对磨损表面的测量与分析试验条件下,需要中断磨合过程,导致磨合的过程无法连续有效的进行下去从而影响到试验的连续性,增加了试验时间。以试样的磨合表面为研究基础,研究磨合过程中各个因素之间的相互关系,使用负载、转速、时间等因素实现对磨合结果的分析与评价,可以为该工况下的磨合研究提供新的方法与方向。

Study On The Running In Criterion Of Determining Condition 

Abstract A good running in is based on a reasonable running in specifications。 Therefore, this test in order to achieve the running in process of the design and control of the quality requirements, must be on the running process of changes in the law of exploration and research。

     The characteristics of running in and wear friction with the M-2000A function test machine test, the test is in the laboratory conditions, running in test planning, collecting the test process in friction coefficient, surface morphology and lubricating oil fluid analysis to test the load, speed, running in time for foundation, adopt the advanced oil analysis, surface analysis techniques and combination method of the test results are analyzed。 And then collect the specimen during running in lubricating oil sample information of specimen run in lubricating oil spectrum analysis, ferrography analysis, combined with iron spectrum and infrared scanning image information, the proposed running in criterion analysis and Evaluation, the establishment of the running in quality evaluation system under specific conditions, comprehensive analysis of the quality of the test pieces, wear on the impact of running in and improve the comprehensive evaluation system。

Wear surface is used to analyze the basis of running in process directly determine the running in quality。 However, wear surface measurement and analysis in certain conditions and need to interrupt the running in process, resulting in running process to continuous effective on continuity and affect the test, increase the test time。 Friction vibration with the operation of the equipment, and the direct reflection of the operation state of the experimental equipment。 So, to the running surface of the specimen is based, the relationship between various factors in the process of running in, through the load, speed, time and other factors achieve analysis and evaluation of the running results, can under the condition of the running study provides new Method and direction。
