摘  要18Cr2Ni4WA钢作为齿轮制造中的常用合金钢,自然是齿轮材料中需要重点研究的对象。所以我们选定该材料,并通过规范化的实验,对齿轮磨损进行进一步探究。本文基于齿轮啮合的条件下,以18Cr2Ni4WA合金钢为试验对象。利用M-2000A型标准试验机,在实验中以控制试验变量,检测上下时间的磨损量,以及观察齿面磨损形貌为主要手段,探究一:在干摩擦下,不同的齿面表面粗糙度对齿轮磨损特性的影响;二:不同的润滑介质对齿轮磨损程度的影响;三:轻载下不同载荷对齿轮磨损程度的影响,从而针对的磨损程度以及其特性,得出以下结论:

(1):齿轮在干摩擦的工况下运转,伴随表面粗糙度的不断增加,其磨损机理各不相同;在本组试验中,18Cr2Ni4WA合金钢经测定,其被选用的表面粗糙度最佳选值为1。2μm,当表面粗糙度为1。2μm时,试件的磨损量相对而言比较小,所受的磨损疲劳也比较轻。

(2):结合本文的试验设定条件,用粘度不同的L-CKD系列工业齿轮油对试件分别润滑,结果发现,粘度等级为320的齿轮润滑油在试件之间的润滑效果是最理想的;而粘度等级为150的齿轮润滑油起到的保护效果最不理想。当使用L-CKD320齿轮油对试件表面进行润滑的时候,会伴有较轻程度的黏着磨损及点蚀;当使用其它粘度系数的工业齿轮油时,其引起摩擦磨损的机制也各不相同。

(3):结合本文的试验设定条件,对试件加载不同的载荷,结果发现,当施加载荷在1600N-1700N这个区间段,试样所承受磨损程度最小,磨损率最低;当施加的载荷处于临近1800N的时候,试样受磨损程度最为严重,且磨损率最高。76857

Experimental Study on Wear Properties of 18Cr2Ni4WA  Alloy Steel

Abstract

As the mechanical transmission of the most basic parts,gear through the beginning of the mechanical transmission。And 18Cr2Ni4WA Steel commonly used alloy steel as a gear manufacturing,nature is gear materials need to focus on the object。In daily industrial production,gear wear is always a problem can not be avoided in mechanical transmission。Therefore,it is necessary to through standardized experiments,the gear wear for further inquiry。 As the common alloy steel in gear manufacturing,18Cr2Ni4WA steel is the object of the research of the gear material,so we select the material,and through the standardized experiment,we further explore the gear wear。

The based on the condition of gear meshing,with 18Cr2Ni4WA alloy steel as the experimental object。Using M-2000A type standard test machine,in the experiment to control variable test,detection time amount of wear and tear,and observe the tooth surface wear morphology as the main means,to explore a: under the dry friction,different tooth surface roughness degree of gear wear characteristics of influence; 2: effect of different lubricants on the gear wear degree; three: light load under different load effect on the degree of gear wear,thus the degree of wear and tear and its characteristics,draw the following conclusions:

Firstly,gear operated under dry friction condition,accompanying surface rough degree increasing,the wear mechanism is different; in the experimental group,18Cr2Ni4WA Steel alloy was measured。The selected surface rough degree optimum values of 1。2 m,when the surface rough degree of 1。2 m,the wear volume is relatively small,from the fatigue wear is relatively light。

Secondly,combined with the test set conditions,with different viscosity L-CKD series industrial gear oil of specimens lubricated。It was found,viscosity grade for 320 gear lubrication oil samples in the lubrication effect is the most ideal; and viscosity grade for 150 gear lubrication oil to the protective effect of the most ideal。When using L-CKD320 gear oil on the specimen surface lubrication,accompanied by a lesser degree of adhesive wear and pitting corrosion; when using other viscosity coefficient of industrial gear oil,which caused friction wear mechanism is also each are not identical。
