摘要 从二十世纪五十年代以来,全球对于散货船的需求量一直保持着稳定增速。主要的原因是由于散货船的运量大,运价低,以及运输货物种类多这些运输优点,全球各地的大小船东都青睐于去选择购买散货船来作为主要运输工具。 而风帆辅助推进在散货船上的应用也将大大降低航行成本,给船东带来巨大经济效益,有利于世界航运朝着绿色节能方向发展。 首先,本文简要地介绍说明了散货船的定义和散货船的典型船型类别,接着分析了全球近海散货船市场的发展现状和目标。首先从各渠道搜集了若干种近海散货船型的资料,大致的去了解了近海散货船的船型特点。接着,根据已有的船型资料和图纸绘制出典型横剖面草图,对该船进行初步结构设计,计算中依据中国船级社出版的《钢质海船入级规范》 (2014)提供的要求与计算公式,然后考虑风帆助航给船舶总纵强度带来的影响,再次校核计算,并完成中横剖面图绘制。最后,依据已绘制的中横剖面图和已编写的结构规范计算书绘制完成基于风帆助航的 13000DWT 散货船基本结构图。 在本次散货船结构设计改造过程中,我仔细的了解了散货船的相关结构规范设计规则,有机的将自己在大学四年里所学的专业知识结合到一起,这不仅加深了我对散货船的结构规范的熟悉程度,还有效的提升了我的 CAD绘图技术和论文编撰能力。我相信,这次毕业设计给我带来的不仅仅是一次锻炼自己的机会,还为我的将来的工作学习做好了准备。 58918 毕业论文关键词:结构设计 结构强度 计算 风帆辅助
Abstract Since twentieth Century fifty time metaphase, the order of cargo ship has maintained a stable growth rate all over the world. Mainly due to the large volume of freight , low price of transport ,various kinds of cargos and so on, shipowners around the world prefer to buying cargo ship as the main transportation.With the application of sail assisted propulsion , it will bring the shipowners much benefit such as lower transport cost.Meanwhile, it can promote the the world transport to develop in an environment-friendly and energy-saving direction. First of all, this paper briefly introduces the definition of cargo ship and its typical categories , then it analyses the present situation and development of the domestic coastal bulk cargo market. I firstly gathered documents about various kinds of offshore bulk cargo ship, and have roughly understood typical structure characteristics of offshore bulk cargoship. Then I drew the typical cross section sketch, preliminarily design the structure of the ship.Meanwhile, the standard classification of sea going steel ships published by Chinese Classification Society (2014) provides the requirements and formula, I finished the cross section drawing.Then,with thought of wind auxiliary propulsion, I calculated and check again.Finally, with the help of the cross section diagram and structure calculations, I completed basic structure diagram of sail-assisted 13000DWT cargo ship . In the reconstructive design of cargo ship, I carefully understood the related rules of structure for the design of bulk carrier and put professional knowledge learnt in my college life together, not only strengthen what I learned about design structure of cargo ship,but also improve my ability of CAD drawing and paper writing. I believe this experience will make a solid foundation and preparation for my future work and futher study,except a good chance to exercise myself.
