摘要据相关资料显示我国步入老龄化社会的速度急剧加快,人口老龄化所带来的 相关问题越来越被多数人所关注。联合国进行相关调查并发布报告称,到 2050
年底,中国 65 岁以上的老年人将猛增至 4。38 亿。其中行动不便或带有残疾的老 年人占近 30%,老年人的所占比例增长显著。对残疾病人的护理问题,将是社会 和家庭都必须要面对的一项大挑战。82779
对需要照顾的老年人和卧床不起的残疾人士而言,大小便问题是护理人员所 必须要考虑到的,本文就针对这一问题,设计出一种新型的护理床解便系统,该 系统可通过被护理人对控制面板进行操作,实现令便口打开关闭,从而帮助被护 理人如厕,同时还能在病人方便后完成冲洗、烘干和除臭等工作。
在设计过程中,需要通过分析护理床的各种工作环境拟定设计的基本参数。 然后对各功能机构的设计标准及参数进行分析,选取不同机构方案比较分析,分 别完成不同功能机构的设计方案。再利用二维图及三维图结合使用的方法进行机 构的总体布局和各功能机构参数设计,完成三维模型的建立与装配工作。再依据 不同材料的力学性能、机构的载荷要求完成材料的选取。在完成所有功能机构的 尺寸设计后,选择主要的有代表性的机构进行运动学分析。
最后,本文对主要工作和研究内容进行了总结,并展望了未来的研究方向。

Abstract According to relevant data show that China's aging society rapidly, the speed of the medical treatment of the problems of an aging population is more and more attention。The UN report says that by 2050, the Chinese elderly people over the age of 65 to reach 438 million。 The disabled or elderly people with a disability accounts for nearly 30%, the proportion of old people increase significantly。For disabled patients nursing problems, will be social and family all have to face a big challenge。
To take care of the elderly and bedridden people with disabilities, toilet problem is that nurses must be taken into account, this paper, this problem, design a new type of solution will care bed system which by the care of the control panel operation,Implement the mouth opened and closed, to help the person care toilet, can also convenient in patients after finish washing, drying and deodorization etc。
In the process of design, through the analysis of the working environment of nursing bed develop basic parameters for the design。 Then design standards and parameters of each function mechanism were analyzed, and the selection of different institutions scheme comparison and analysis, design of complete different function mechanism。Using 2D and 3D figure with the method of using general layout and parameter design each function mechanism, the establishment of a complete 3D model assembly。 Again according to the different material mechanical properties, mechanism of load requirements to complete the selection of materials。 After completing all the size of the functional organization design, choice of main representative agency for kinematics analysis。
Finally, the main work and research are summarized, and the prospect of future research directions。
